Sad news was heard all over the retail industry this week. American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. announced that they will be closing its retail concept store Martin + Osa. All of the 28  locations are expected to shutter later this year. However, it is good news for fashionisitas like us who love to shop a great sale! New reductions were just taken on sailor-chic items, including denim, floral tanks, sweaters, cargo pants and blazers. Visit the store or check out the selection online today for the amazing savings before the savvy store is gone.

Actress Katie Holmes enjoyed the festivities with her castmates at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
