As I mentioned a couple of months ago, Martin + Osa stores will be shutting down. Sad news for the struggling retailer. Some stores are closing as soon as Sunday, May 9! Alas, the savings to us shoppers is worth the trip!

Before it is over, you can save on graphic tees, cute tank tops, light-weight cotton scarves and much more. I have been wanting to snap up a pair of khaki utility pants, but I was waiting for the big closeout sales. Sad news was heard all over the retail industry this week. American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. announced that they will be closing its retail concept store Martin + Osa. All of the 28 locations are expected to shutter later this year. However, it is good news for fashionisitas like us who love to shop a great sale! New reductions were just taken on sailor-chic items, including denim, floral tanks, sweaters, cargo pants and blazers. The line of chain necklaces, hoop earrings and toggle bracelets are great ways to accessorize your wardrobe, with prices to love starting at $19.50. I really like how the maritime-inspired necklaces dress up a simple tee or compliment a jersey dress.

My favorite piece is the link pendant, which is uniquely made of several chunky rings on a long necklace. The extra length chain is perfect to wear now layered over a turtleneck sweater.
