Confessions of a Shopaholic comes to DVD on June 23, which is available on 2-Disc DVD or Blu-ray. The bonus features include bloopers and deleted scenes from the film. If you haven’t already seen the movie based on the novels by Sophie Kinsella, you will want to pick up this fun story of a young woman’s passion for shopping, and her path of finding love and success. We all lived vicariously through Bloomwood, portrayed by Isla Fisher, on her shopping sprees and the euphoria of her precious finds. Now you can study each fashionable ensemble and emulate her style to dress like Rebecca Bloomwood on your budget. While most us are looking for ways to save money, we need a feel good movie too. Reward yourself for your diligent scrimping with a romantic comedy made for today’s fashionistas!

Isla Fisher was one of the first to show off the charming anchor pendant necklace during a memorable dance sequence in her film, Confessions of a Shopaholic. Then our favorite city gal, Leighton Meester’s Blair Waldorf wore a gorgeous anchor necklace with a strand of pearls to add some drama to an afternoon brunch with her fabulous Gossip Girl crowd. Last weekend, I was entertained by the Confessions of a Shopaholic and the quirkiness of Rebecca Bloomwood. I highly recommend the film to anyone who loves fashion and shopping, or just wants to see a fun novel come to life on the big screen. If you have already seen the movie, you probably noticed the awesome array of outfits that  fab Costume Designer Patricia Field created for our favorite shopping addict. Field, who has worked for the Sex and the City series and the Sex and the City Movie, created ensembles of trendy labels and vintage pieces in bold colors for Bloomwood’s eclectic wardrobe.

Fabsugar shows how to re-create one of my favorite looks, which shows a more casual side to the lovable Becky Bloomwood. You can copy her style with a  buffalo plaid dress, at an affordable price at Forever 21. The fun side to the outfit are the accessories, such as the popular wide cinched belt.
