Model Angela Lindvall

Starting today, you can enjoy the “green” collection of tees from EDUN for men and women as part of their on-line project, YOOXGEN. The limited edition of environmentally friendly shirts will include themes of design and music, created by celebrities, such as model Angela Lindvall.  The eco-conscious model was inspired by her vision of the environment, the shadows of trees, said the natural beauty.

The YOOXGEN was launched in celebration of Earth Day for eco-fashion with retailer yoox.com in April 2009. The environmentally sustainable project hopes to develop user’s awareness by teaming up with international organizations, such as Green Cross International, a humanitarian non-government organization created by Mikhail Gorbachev, and designers and artists. Other partners of the project include EDUN Live, the “green”  friendly brand which was founded by Bono Vox and his wife Ali Hewson. EDUN specializes in 100 percent organic cotton T-shirts and jeans. A percentage of the proceeds from EDUN’s collection of (blue tees for women and orange tees for men) will be donated to Green Cross International.
