Last weekend, I was entertained by the Confessions of a Shopaholic and the quirkiness of Rebecca Bloomwood. I highly recommend the film to anyone who loves fashion and shopping, or just wants to see a fun novel come to life on the big screen. If you have already seen the movie, you probably noticed the awesome array of outfits that  fab Costume Designer Patricia Field created for our favorite shopping addict. Field, who has worked for the Sex and the City series and the Sex and the City Movie, created ensembles of trendy labels and vintage pieces in bold colors for Bloomwood’s eclectic wardrobe.

Fabsugar shows how to re-create one of my favorite looks, which shows a more casual side to the lovable Becky Bloomwood. You can copy her style with a  buffalo plaid dress, at an affordable price at Forever 21. The fun side to the outfit are the accessories, such as the popular wide cinched belt. I found a similar belt on sale at Bluefly.com.
